Q. Can private buyers use AsianWay's service?
Yes. We welcome both trade and private enquiryes.
Q. Can I purchase vehicle that are not on your stock list?
Yes. We always keep a good stock of vehicles, so please check our stock list first. If you are looking for specific vehicles, please don't hestitate to contact us with your order.
Q. I want the know what the time is in Japan.
Our web-site displays the correct time of Japan on the homepage.
Q. How do I track EMS/DHL/etc packages?
We will provide EMS/DHL/etc tracking number, so you can follow your package.

Q. What is the difference between ordering from stock and ordering from the auction?
Please check our stock list for possible targets. If you can't find a suitable vehicle, we can try to urchase that vehicle at the auctions, and export it to you.
Q. I want to know the historical pricing of a model. Is it possible?
Yes. We are happy to asnwer your questions. Do not hesitate to contact us.
Q. What are the final prices in the auction?
unfortunally, It is unknown until the auction is complete. We can let you know the verage recent prices of vehicle you want.
Q. What happends if I win a auction I am bidding on?
If you win an auctions, you must send funds to us within 7 working days including the days of auction.
  Shipping
Q. Can I insure my vehicles?
Yes. You can insure your cargo. There will be a fee for extra insurrance, please request insurance details from the sales team when purchasing your vehicles.
Q. How long is the shipping time to my port?
Shipping time varies depending on the destination port. Generally shipping takes 2-5 weeks depending on the destination.
Q. What documents are provided with my vehicles?
We will send you the following documents using EMS/DHL/etc. We will provide all relevant documents for the importation of your vehicle.

  • Invoice
  • De-registration certification/Export certificate
Q. How much does shipping cost?
It deffers for every port and vehicle. We will inform you shipping charge by mail or recording of proforma invoice.
 Payment
Q. How do I make payment?
We can accept payment for vehicles by Telegraphic Transfer(T/T). A Telegraphic Transfer can be made from your local bank, to our local bank in Japan. We can also accept deposits for vehicles via Paypal.

Q. Do you accept L/C payment?
No. We currently don't accept any letter of credit(L/C) as payment.
Q. Do you accept US dollars?
Yes. We can accept both US dollers and Japanese Yen for payment of vehicles and deposits.
Q. How do I calculate the US dollars exchange rate?
You can calculate the currency rates by using the currency rates listed on our homepage of left side.
