When we get inquiry from you, we make proforma invoice and a contract for you promptly. The proforma invoice is an official quote for the price of your target vehicles. When you confirm the proforma invoice, Please sign and send it back by fax.

If you don't sign or send back the documents, we can't begin export procedure.

Please transmit funds by T/T for your vehicles as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we can't accept the L/C, please send funds by T/T. When the remittance is delayed, the shipping will also be delayed. Please be sure to send funds within 24 hour of vehicle purchase.

We will inform you of the receipe of funds in Japan, and in regards to shipping date for your vehicles.

After we confirm your remittance by T/T we can begin export procedure for your vehicle. We will provide you with all the documents required to import your vehicle. We will send the document package include Bill of Lading(B/L) directly to you by EMS/DHL/etc. We will send you tracking number for the documents. You will require these important documents to import your vehicles, and clear your vehicles from the destination port.

Shipping takes between 2-5 weeks, depending on the destination. Before the vehicles arrive you will receive the import documents. These documents are required to clear you r vehicles from the port.
